The pizza is fine, but the attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I ordered a pizza to pick up on my way home from running errands and ended up running behind. When I arrived the older guy behind the counter didn't greet me, he just glared and said "you know it's been an hour RIGHT?" It was 8:30 and they weren't scheduled to close for another half hour, so what's the problem? You should NEVER feel comfortable speaking to your customers this way. I just moved to the area an thought to give them a try because I had a coupon, but never again.

I get pizza and subs from this place all the time. They have to Big-Mama NY sized pizza slices! I typically get the Pizza crust well done, so that the crust has that snap to it! Its outstanding pizza and I have never been disappointed. The folks there are always friendly. It sure beats 99% of the other Pizza places in the area!! The Chicken Parm subs are pretty good too. My wife usually orders them and always enjoys them. They deliver and are usually deliver earlier than they estimate. If you pick it up it usually only takes 15 minutes to get a pizza. Definitely my go-to place for pizza in the Palm Harbor area!

When you've had a few drinks and driving isn't an option, delivery from Westshore is perfect. I've never dined in, but the pizza has always hit the spot.

We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a Philly cheese steak pizza at 10pm on a Friday. when I opened the Philly pizza there was no meat on it, just cheese, mushrooms and peppers. I called back to ask for a credit... I was put through to a manager who told me (at 10:58pm) to send the pizza back. They close at 11. I told him that I just wanted a credit and to eat before midnight. He told me the meat was hiding under the vegetables... I inspected the pizza... no meat. I told him this. He told me I couldn't get a credit, I had to send the pizza back because it was made correctly and I was wrong. I told the manager this was ludicrous and that we wouldn't come back. His response "okay, that's great" Moral of the story... Westshore Pizza doesn't want your business. They'll be happy without it.

Called for an order (Sunday 5/17/15 at 7:15 pm) and the person that answered the phone couldn't be any more rude!! We will never order again!! The person that answered the phone either needs to get some training, find another job or get fired!!

Not bad pizza if you are in the area. It's safe and predictable pizza, but not bad.

I ordered at this location for the first time tonight. The delivery guy was really nice and friendly and let me keep my coupon to re use it. As for the pizza, I may give them a second chance to redeem themselves, but I was really dissappointed as the pizza from the Enterprise and McMullin location is fantastic. The pizza from this location was dry and burnt, and I wasn't a fan of the tiny ham cubes on my ham and pineapple pizza. They almost taste like barbequed bacon. I'll just say I've had better. So my suggestion: go to the Westshore Pizza on Enterprise and McMullin, and I'm only giving it three stars because of the delivery guy. Otherwise I'd probably go with 1.
